At Puerto Rico Charters, we understand that plans can change. To provide flexibility while ensuring fairness to our crew and operations, we offer the following cancellation policy:

Standard Cancellations:
Cancellations made 5 days or more prior to the scheduled charter date are fully refundable.

Late Cancellations:
Cancellations made within 5 days of the scheduled charter date will incur a 25% cancellation fee, up to a maximum of $1,000, whichever is less. The remaining balance will be refunded to the original payment method.

Weather-Related Cancellations:
In the event of severe weather on the day of the charter that would compromise safety or the overall experience, guests may choose to either:

Reschedule the charter to a later date of their choice (subject to availability), or

Receive a full refund, regardless of the timing of the cancellation.
