Can guest bring water toys on board?
This is done on a case-by-case basis so please provide us with details of the pet(s) so we can assess and ensure the animals comfort in the spaces on the vessel where permitted.
Is smoking allowed on vessels?
Smoking is NOT permitted inside of the yachts. The crew will generally allow responsible smoking on the designated outside areas of the yacht. For safety reasons, smoking in cabins and staterooms is prohibited on all yachts.
How much do I tip crew?
Crew gratuities are discretionary, although it is customary for a charterer who has enjoyed the kind and attentive service of an obliging crew to extend a gratuity. Crew gratuities are normally in the region of 10%-15% of the charter fee, but can be adjusted up or down according to your level of satisfaction. The best way to ensure that all crew members receive equal recognition is to entrust the distribution of gratuities to the captain as they are entrusted with proper distribution.
Payment and Cancellation
Do I need to guarantee my reservation with a credit card or some form of deposit?
Yes, a credit card is required in order to guarantee reservations made online.
Do I have to send my credit card over the Internet to book a reservation?
We require a 25% deposit to secure bookings and accept many forms of payment including credit cards, which are processed using a secure payment portal via Paypal to our verified business account.

Whats the minimum and max charters length of time?
The minimum time length is a 4-hour charter considered a half day. Additional hours can be purchased as needed to accommodate your specific time needs. An 8-hour charter is considered a full day charter and again additional hours above this timeframe can be added to accommodate your needs

What should we bring?

All of our captains are USCG certified and are part of the Drug Consortium program.
How long does it take to get to the Marina?

- From San Juan, it’s about 45-60 minutes, depending on traffic.

- From Rio Grande, expect around 30 minutes, depending on traffic.

- From Ponce, the drive is about 90-120 minutes, depending on traffic.

What is the best way to get to the marina?
We’d be happy to assist with arranging transportation from your airport, hotel, or home. Both air and ground transport options are available.
How far is Icacos or Palomino from the marina?
Icacos and Palomino are just 20-30 minutes away from the marina. Once we arrive, we’ll anchor the boat securely facing the sand so you can enjoy the beautiful views.
How far are Culebra and Vieques from the marina?
Culebra and Vieques are about an hour’s journey from the marina. Depending on the weather, our crew will choose the calmest beach to anchor and enjoy.
Is this activity suitable for children?
Absolutely! This experience is perfect for kids. Let us know their ages and sizes so we can ensure the proper life vests are available. If you have your own life vests, feel free to bring them for a more personalized fit.

Snorkeling equipment and paddle boards are provided on all our boats. You’re also welcome to bring your own gear if you prefer.
